New players will find it extremely hard to get a place, as most people (if not all) have played for double the time and are constantly winning games. Idea: I think it's a good idea to give people who are in the leaderboards access to the /nick command. Why? Because they are very focused and when they are online there is a lot of spamming in that lobby / game...
