I don’t have any good word on the admin team atm, but when this Star Wars saga is over, it might be not as bad as it looks like atm. I hope you’re all doing good and find a way to cope with it.

Achieving goals out of here is a good thing. I finally managed to get out of bed and make breakfast. Took me some days to fulfill this achievement.

as someone who aims to be a professional translator, here's my take on this funny situation: Ziax really does its best in this area to drive away genuinely good people and invite kids and trolls to the translation project.

want work to be done in a certain deadline? maybe pay up some money and hire a translator.
don't want to pay because you're stingy like Jeff Bezos towards Amazon's workers? then create a structure like the current TT and offer some in-game benefits.

opening the project up to everyone will definitely not boost the productivity (as I've seen myself on a certain other server I won't name), but will indeed increase the risk of harmful actions.
whatever you guys got going on, don't go further and go back to what was before - you clearly upset a lot of people with this silly little behavior, leaving the TT a middle finger for all their work.

heard myself something about the staff, these weren't definitely good things and honestly? not surprised people are PISSED at you. really treat your people better, you guys aren't even paying a cent for their job, because you just love that free workforce you can dump away at any point, right?

with how this server is lead no wonder a good chunk of people left cube, partially including myself even though I haven't been here for too long

For ruining the TT indefinitely! First it was a useless revamp no one asked for, which then became a disaster, then you decided to blame a 15 year old, who has spent their time and effort making the server good, for the revamp being a disaster and decided to ignore all the feedback. Now you decide to do this.

I have lost all my respect for you (if there ever was any). Thank you for ruining my favorite community.

I don't care about the staff being offended by people's outrage, I'd say they fully deserved the backlash
