These new/updated rules are good and I think it will make gameplay better.
Something to add could be comands to report players, if they get so many reports they can be watched.

I just completed the spring hunt (or so I thought). I tried putting on the reward but noticed I couldn't see them so I disconnected and rejoined only to find I was put back to 0/30 💀 (odd considering my connection was fine - could see everyone moving and the count working)
