Bragging rightsAnd after putting all that effort & time, do the staff get any rewards for everything they do in the staff team? I think this should be considered.
You're doing a job as a staff member, putting much time & effort (plus the time you spend before you get promoted) and after all of that, what is the result? You're like someone with obsidian rank with some more things like vanish and unlimited friends. Where is the return that you take for all the time you spent?Bragging rights
wallah some people got staff while I never heard of them xD They’re nice tho :)Requirements are still quite low imo. 3 months of java activity wtf lol and 30 days on forums. People can just play only to get staff lol. But ig its good requirements are low cause hackers actually get banned nowadays

I know, but there should be some small rewards like gift cards or anything similar, even if they are voluntary work.Moderator and Helper are a voluenteer position. All paid positions can be found on jobs.cubecraft.net

But what is the problem of making some of the Cube large wallet to satisfy the staff team? I would like to hear the answer from the admins. It's also something very heavily heavily emphasized before and during the application process. If you're signing up for rewards, then you shouldn't be applying. As for whether there are rewards, retired staff members do receive a rank upgrade sometimes. If there's anything else, well... you'll have to be on the team to know more.

Like at least 5$ per month for working a specific amount of hours like the designers or the developers but with less budget.
