Requirements are still quite low imo. 3 months of java activity wtf lol and 30 days on forums. People can just play only to get staff lol. But ig its good requirements are low cause hackers actually get banned nowadays

It's also something very heavily heavily emphasized before and during the application process. If you're signing up for rewards, then you shouldn't be applying. As for whether there are rewards, retired staff members do receive a rank upgrade sometimes. If there's anything else, well... you'll have to be on the team to know more.

When you apply, you are applying to help people and do good work as a volunteer. You do not need rewards or benefits for doing these things. If you apply for the right reasons, rewards or benefits is something you shouldn't be thinking of.
