and so you guys now there is already a glitch in 1.13 where you can edit some files to get 1.8 pvp back. I also think that if cubecraft want's to switch over to 1.13 they need to make it 1.8 pvp or 1.13 or just patch it.

1.13 hasn't been released yet, so a patch will come out in the next few snapshots hopefully.

Minecraft is going higher and higher with the versions and CubeCraft is going as well. 1,8 is back in the past and I don't think there'll be more games coming in 1.8. I think eventually, CubeCraft isn't going to support 1.8 games on their server anymore.

Then that would be honestly dumb. Note that before the (tryhqrd) 1.9 update the server had like 20.000 people a day. And if they manage to remove skywars and eggwars in 1.8 then i would say that would be the end of cubecraft.

The 1.8 player base on cubecraft is around 1/5 off all cubecraft players so...

1000-4000 is pretty dead for a server used to be 20000, you are playing since 2015 (me2) and both of us know that it used to be 20000 players.

No there is no such glitch, deleting files = modding the game.

delete the meta-inf add a folder you can download (see

- tenebrous) and you have 1.8 pvp back.

This conversation again.. Great.

CubeCraft now has 2 gamemodes which are joinable in 1.8 (For as far as I know). Those are the 2 most popular gamemodes, to make our 1.8 community kind of happy. This server (instead of those idiots at Hypixel) is looking forwards, I mean, we're almost at 1.13 now. Just get it over with. Having this will only split our community, at this point, we have people playing 1.8 standardly, because they put too much time in their 1.8 PvP practice that they won't bother learning a new PvP style. That's fine and all, but our goal is to get as many 1.9 players as we can get. . We're getting more new players every day, just because we're looking forwards, not backwards. I'm suprised that they even kept 1.8 on CubeCraft.

So, no. If you want to play other gamemodes on CubeCraft you have to play 1.9+, and if you don't want to play that I advise you to play on a different server.

Do you know why Hypixel is not a Minecraft parthner? Because they keep 1.8, Minecraft doesn't want that.

Mineplex is a minecraft partner, and they are on 1.8. So that's incorrect.

Well I was assuming that. It would've made sense though. Not that kind of person who does research on those kind of things so I'll just edit it away.
