Being a HongKonger, I think there are some errors in this translation. I think you've used google translate + English grammar to translate the rules, e.g., 不能使用未經驗證的客戶 should be 不能使用未經驗證的客戶端. Also some sentences are strange, the position of verbs and noun are not correct. Anyway, thanks for your work!

You're trying too hard to be formal so the sentences are coming out broken.
It's not hard to read but the structure.. grammar is all those are somewhat broken.
