By right it should be "guan" .. "秩" .."军阶" oh and "等级" should also be fine..?
I dropped out of school, never really payed attention to my Chinese class.
There's no actual word for it as "等级" can also be used for level.
Aaaah it's complicated.

The whole thing needs to be changed, it's directly translated. Also, don't try to make it so complicated, traditional chinese isn't taught to most of the chinese population outside of China/Taiwan nowadays. Only older generations or traditional chinese uses them, simplified is the common one.

Actually,pretty much every school in my place uses Traditional.
