Well tier lists are always controversial so you are welcomed to make you own list below :p
(all kits and sorted based on kit status on 2019/4/15)
S kits:
Ninja: This is probably the best kit in game, It have the best sword in the game (iron sword) that is capable of taking someone out with 3 crits, it also comes with ability to turn invisible that gives a massive advantage in pvp, you can also try to get through enemy defense and steal the flag undetected..
Runner: This kit have almost the same protection of warrior, the key point of of the whole kit its speed II, if you have a somewhat decent pvp skill you are going to have a MASSIVE advantage in pvp, not mentioning that the advantages in flag captures
A kits:
Jumper: With jump boost III you can just jump through enemy defenses with angry enemies waving their sword below you and get the flag and return. This is put in a tier since it lacks a pickaxe and kinda depends on what map is on.
Bomber: One TNT down and the enemy defense is severely weakened (normal block) or almost destroyed (half block), you are not likely to use the kit throughout the whole game but you can save a lot of time and effort if this kit is used correctly
Warrior: The basic kit, which is surprisingly good, it have a good stone sword and pretty good armor with some ranged capability, perfect for new player
Archer: The only range-focused kit, the defense is nice, you don't have a sword but the knockback stick does its job well and is extremely annoying on certain maps (yes games Im looking at you)
Summoner: This kit is underrated a lot, the mobs can be a good distraction or help you a lot in pvp, and don't get me started on how good skeleton is lol. I do recommend to play more defensively with it tho.
B kits:
Miner: The kit that everyone forgot to exist, the pickaxe is super nice (can be helpful if none of your team remember to send a bomber) and the ability to drop block with it allowed you to repair a hole in you defense with block from other places, don''t expect to get tons of kills with this kit tho.
Builder: the five blocks it come with is a really good band-aid for damages done to your base, but well 5 blocks is not a lot and jumping in the void to dupe block takes time and dose not work on every map. (try miner if you want more blocks in long-term)
Healer: the potion itself is pretty nice, but the armor and sword is really disappointing, also people nowadays like killfarming more than helping their teammates so rip this kit.
C kits:
Tank: A balanced but underused kit, this kit have tons of stuff that reduces you damage taken, but it slowness II prevents it from doing things besides taking damage for your team and buy them time. You are not going to be mvp by using this, but if you know what you are doing this kit can be useful.
D kits:
Viper: Don't even get me started on this kit lol its not even annoying
