Here today I shall share a project in the making for many weeks. This is a complete guide to one of my favourite games on the best server ever, CubeCraft.
BEFORE THE GAME:
Sometimes bedwars teammates can be awful so you might want a party if you're tryharding, but I just usually go for the fun of it.
COUNTDOWN:
Now this one is kind of an opinion from me. I don't like fg on bedwars. I prefer the standard one but many people like it. It just makes it a bit long for me. Obviously only my opinion yours is probably completely different. Another thing you wanna do in the cage is face towards the generator down below and hold sprint forward so you can get there before your teammate as resources are extremely important.
EARLY STAGES:
When the game has started you have a few options. You can defend your bed. Always put terracotta as the first layer then if you're feeling like there's sweats in your game put wood on after. Honestly there's no point spending ages on a bed defence as all ppl need is an ender pearl, a pick and an axe and they're in. The other option is rushing. There's a few ways to rush. 20 iron no gold is where you just grab 32 blocks, got to mid and come back with 10 diamonds for team upgrades. The one I personally use is 30 iron 10 gold. You buy an iron sword and 48 blocks, rush mid and destroy a bed or two. If you're lucky you could return with some diamonds aswell.
MID GAME:
By now a bed has been broken and if you're lucky a team has been eliminated (let's hope it's not you though!) By now you have two options. Get beds and finish the game quick or buy diamond upgrades. My way is to get prot and sharpness, leather armour, iron sword a stack of blocks and a fir all or two. Also a pickaxe. Then me and my teammate would go for the most vulnerable team. It's obviously up to you on the upgrades and which you want to purchase but you should always go for the most vulnerable team.
MID TO LATE GAME:
Now there should be one team with no bed and one team with a bed left (excluding you). In this situation yo always go for the team with no bed and eliminate them. From past experiences I know that if you go for the other team's bed then that one will just sneak up on you a punish you. You should have all the upgrades in the shop by now bar turrets, iron age and the generator upgrades. You need at least chain armour now but if youre lucky iron. Also get a hat because even though they were nerfed they're still pretty good.
LATE GAME:
Now you go for the final team with an ender pearl. Imo you should buy iron age and you also definitely need all tools by now. You need to go I with your teammate as they can make a barrier so the team that you are breaking the bed of can't reach you. Obviously you could make the barrier and defend your teammate but you ahve to be a solid pvper. Turrets can be annoying so you can either place blocks around yo while breaking in or tell your teammate to kill them. Once you have broken the bed you once again have two options. Take them out and finish the game right there or get out of there and deal with them later. I always focus on taking one of them out so there's less to deal with but if you aren't too shabby with the sword the you could maybe get two. If you choose the other option then all you need is a fireball. When they try to get off their island just fireball them off. If this somehow doesn't work then either get as stacked as possible or wait until deathmatch as you will have a totem there and they won't.
ENDING:
And there you have it! You have just won a game of bedwars! Now all that's left to do is say gg for your one extra xp and be happy!
