They were cross teaming with flank assassin6 and Joshdie81

And even if I can't get all of them punished, I think I can at least get nategrondz99 punished for toxicity

Sorry to tell you, but saying so in chat doesnt really mean anything. I for example could say in chat that I'm cheating as a joke. You need video evidence to report cross teamers.

Toxicity is a different thing and falls (when it's extreme and spammed) under bullying which is a chat offence and that only requires a full screenshot, if that's what you meant.

I'm not 100 percent sure but saying what he did in the last screenshot would fall under 2.3 threats

And saying Ik your IP address should be bannable, same reason as above.
