A few games I thought of:

Target Practice
You are given a Bow, and a stack of arrows. Targets appear randomly across the field.
Just a little game that can keep us busy and train our Archery skills.
Break that egg
A lot of Dragon Eggs are placed on colored wool. You have to break the correct egg(The right colored). The Defence of the eggs will increase the better streak you have.
Eg: 5 streak- There is now a second layer.
10 streak - There is now a 3rd layer.
15 streak - The last layer is now covered with obsidian.
Unscramble the word! (Chat game)
You have to unscramble the word which is given to you. You have to type it out in chat.

The target practice sounds cool. Although I think it would be better to have it as a minigame with other players.
Could have players all trying to take down some bats, whoever kills the most wins.

The egg one sounds similar to the minerware game where you have to collect the right flower. Quite boring for a game on its own.

Word scramble game is fun, not sure how popular it would be on the server given most games have an element of PvP to them.

Seems legit, no rules seems like an ez way to cheat.

Actually, love this idea, maybe if it was a section in a Mineware game. Should definitely be taken into consideration. Would be a fast game to play and would be a bit of extra fun!

I really like the bow one, but it could get changed eg: You're in a mine cart and could have too shoot the slimes or whatever and it gradually gets faster and harder to shoot the more times you miss and when you hit one you slow down, then the first person to maybe 20 wins? or it could go in rounds; first 10 to get 15 shoots moves onto the next round and the amount of people in each round get lower and the amount of things you have to shoot gets higher.
