Well, it is a vanity feature. Using cubelets to allow players to get patterns is pretty logical.but having to get shield patterns through cubelets is a bit annoying.

I know. But what if you can get them throw cubelets and buy them with vanity points, which means ranked players can get the patterns a bit easier, although I am not 100% sure if it's against the EULA. Otherwise, it's fine to get them through the cubelets, it makes them more valuable ;)Well, it is a vanity feature. Using cubelets to allow players to get patterns is pretty logical.
I don't necessarily want to make this a ranked exlusive thing, as stone ranks would also want to make use of this feature.I like all the ideas here. They are great and well presented. My only problem is, is that the custom shields via cubelets is annoy and it would be better if you could just buy them with vanity points. This will allow people to get what they want when they want not making it so they have to get it through a chance thing. Other then that good suggestions.
Thanks

Since it doesn't give anyone an advantage over stone ranks, it isn't against the EULA so no worries.although I am not 100% sure if it's against the EULA.
I already suggested the mail system and they said a NO to it so i expect a NO here too!!
I said i EXPECT A NO this DOESNT mean that this thread will be a NO for the staff!I'm looking through the threads you have made and I dont see one about the mail system, and just because you're suggestion was denied doesnt mean Gain's has to be denied, his could be better.
You arent the one who decides the opinions from staff members, they could love this thread, you're not the one to decide what they think about this thread.
Although what you say is completely correct, lobbies with lots of aesthetic armour stands tend to lag more then the lobbies with less. Compare the Skywars lobby to (ex) the Freebuild lobby.
I've once had to wait 30 minutes straight for a map to show up in SG, just to end up leaving and coming back later since one hadn't popped up.
And what do you mean by "there are only a set amount of each map that exist"? Queuing the maps seems like a perfectly good way to do it, as it doesn't force servers to be summoned, but rather have a server that was intended for the same gamemode be converted into a queued map instead of a random choice.
I'm not suggesting the points part so that it could summon a map instantly, but rather to make it more of a last resort option if you're out of vanity points OR if you prefer to use regular points. There are large amounts of ranks which have a plethora of vanity points which they don't know what to do with, so a way to spend them indefinitely would bring more purpose to them.
Vanilla minecraft goes up to 6 layers NOT including the base colour. This means that stone ranks will be able to access any of the vanilla (obtainable through survival) created banners currently out there & apply it to their shield.
Ranks will be able to surpass that for a small price of vanity points to add another possible pattern to their shield which surpasses normal survival possibilities. Since it's "unique", I feel that it's but only fair for ranks to be given this.
If I wasn't planning on giving ranks any extra layers, I wouldn't have even mentioned the 12 layers.
After all, this is yet another reason somebody would want to purchase a rank. (I'm not saying that it's their only reason, but it's another bonus)
I get that this is funny since it's coming from someone with a rank, but I would've still suggested it like this as a stone rank.
For eel!? Everyone should have max shiekd slots
Well I doubt Cube would want to supply level 100+ players with like 60K points or something when adding this, as that'd break the economy. With the points from leveling up, because you wouldn't get points from your previous level I have a feeling a lot of the already high level players would feel cheated about how many points they missed and can't make up
No, I agreed with your point that they couldn't do that either. That's the big problem. Either the economomy is flooded with points, or people feel cheered, sometimes there is no great solution.Well I doubt Cube would want to supply level 100+ players with like 60K points or something when adding this, as that'd break the economy.
Leveling up in the higher levels will give them greater rewards anyways, so they can benefit more from this feature compared to newcomers.
Nope.2000 points to summon a map? Holy ****, tone that down to like 50.
Nobody is going to pay 2000, why implement a feature nobody will use? You would have to play (assuming you're getting like 50 a game, and that's generous) 80 games of EggWars or Minerware and get 1st every time.Nope.
Else everyone would constantly be queue maps and your queued map would take forever to actually get its turn.
This isn't meant to be main way to get a map, it's meant to be a last-resort alternative to waiting for it to pop up naturally.
There were 2 options mentioned:Nobody is going to pay 2000, why implement a feature nobody will use? You would have to play (assuming you're getting like 50 a game, and that's generous) 80 games of EggWars or Minerware and get 1st every time.
You realise the reason is due to lag?Nobody is going to pay 2000, why implement a feature nobody will use? You would have to play (assuming you're getting like 50 a game, and that's generous) 80 games of EggWars or Minerware and get 1st every time.
