A new staff position???

I believe that this idea which should be considered and taken very seriously.
I was reading some suggestions when I came across this peculiar one:

Its says that many staff members are skipping reports.(People are not getting banned)
Although this is (most likely) not true many Staff members (mostly helpers) replied saying
"We are getting around 30-40 pages of reports per day"
"patience is key"
I thought that a new staff position should be added:
The position would be in charge of banning/muting players appropriately.
Only about 10(ten) of these positions should be handed out. They will check over approximately 3-4 pages(each person) of reports

They can also
-delete post immediately
-reply to all suggestions
-look at ALL map submissions
-have the abilty to immedialy ban people from the forems and the server(obviously)
-have access to in game items
Kind of like: Forems Police or something.
Most staff member are mainly focused on the server and not the forums.
This new staff position will change that.

I highly doubt anyone would want to take to this position. Staff want to have activity in-game and not just on the forums.

You probably don't know this, but this already exists. Each staff member has it's own tasks, I do beleive so. So this essentially already exists.

I think this is a decent idea, I mean the staff do their best to check out all reports and things, but sometimes it can get a bit much. Having a few people to help may be nice.

Some players can't play a lot or not at all. They can help the server out by checking the forums :)

I started a conversation about this with Tacosbefriends and he said only Staff members are allowed to ban hack abusers. ;)

This is a nice idea. I have a few questions, though.
What kind of people should get this rank? Helpers who are close to Moderator, a few moderators/administrators or trustable members on the forums?
Staff is already doing a great job on the player reports, in my opinion. There are more than a hundred reports every day, so having this rank could help a lot.

Here is the only problem I see. One of the main tasks of a moderator is handling the reports. Some of them do more reports than others, which I fully understand.
Now, I agree that trustable people should get this rank, so usually staff, but since a moderator has the same job as this new rank would give, it would not make any difference. Giving it to a trustable member, who isn't staff, would be unfair towards helpers, as they cannot ban nor mute players.

Conclusion: it would be nice, but will most likely not get implemented. :confused1:

I believe they should apply just like everyone else.
I also think this should be the lowest staff rank(people who are denied from being a helper, but are almost their)

which is impossible. People who have the power to ban or mute, are higher than helpers.

They would still have to go through a phrase where the higher staff members would observe if that player is trustworthy, know what he is doing, fits the role, will not abuse the power and etc.
They can not give perms willynilly so it's going to end up the same as the helper rank.

Good suggestion ! But if they add this staff position they must chose right person (Trusted persons) To be in that position So in that case server will be more safe
and No more hacks ! :) (Maybe they will be hacks because cheaters gonna cheat !)
