Abuse of ./votekick?

I'm not sure if this is against the rules but the last game I played in I was banned from the game by three players in the same discord call. If it's not against the rules then sorry for wasting your time reading this but I'm pretty pissed. lmao

Now, I can assure you guys that I WAS NOT misplacing any towers, nor spamming any. Of course, I WAS NOT stacking any mages, ice, or poison as well. So I obviously cannot see why I was "votekicked" without even given a reason as to why.

I'm not sure where you want to go with this since you can't prove that you didn't misplace or anything. But if you didn't do anything wrong I believe it is kinda against the rules by abusing /votekick. At least it should be :/

They added /votekick for a reason. Also, eventhough you haven't done anything, its a team decision. In future, If someone trys to votekick you for no reason, try to report it.

This is HIGHLY aginst the rules and they can get in a lot of trouble for abusing that, this is a reason I believe that they should just get rid of /v kick because it's only used by large groups of friends who wanna play alone

That reason wasn't to kick random people it was to kick people for abusing other things like spamming towers so this is kind of countable as abuse

yeah I don't think merely removing it would be a solution because it was added for good reason, provided it isn't abused. However, based on what limited information was provided, it just sounds like they wanted to play together and remove the randoms. If this was the case, then in my book the /votekick was abused. Either way, I'm sorry it happened to you and it can leave one feeling annoyed and unwelcome when you are vote-kicked for no apparent or justifiable reason.

Welcome to tower defense in a nutshell. I literally got votekicked so many timer for taking the best spots for artillery towers at the front that I just stopped playing because every game I got votekicked...

Though this is unfair, it is not against the rules. /votekick is aloud to anyone for any reason. The majority of players have to accept it and well, they did. Yes it is annoying but I do not think it is ban able. If you still aren't sure make sure to contact a mod. We dont have a full conversation though . We don't know if you did anything.

Most of the times when someone gets kicked by /votekick it's a fair reason, or just friends trolling each other..
But sometimes it does kinda gets used in the wrong way, but without the /votekick command hackers could just ruin the whole game for example.

I'm not completely sure if it is against the rules however I think you should only votekick someone if they are doing something wrong, in your case, i don't think you should have been vote kicked as you did nothing wrong and I feel it shouldn't of happened, I'm not sure if you can report it though

I hope they remove vote kick for good...
Vote kick is only used for trolls who misplace towers... It should be reportable if they were warned and they continue... Of course the new update will support this...
