Implemented Add “Parkour” in “Game Discussion”

Hi,
Just add a parkour forum. As the title says.

If you think that nothing will happen on the forum, then I will give some suggestions on what to do.

- Post Parkour suggestions
- Discuss strategies on maps/competitive
- Create a map guide on parkour
- Post parkour maps you made
- Post you best or funniest vids on parkour

And, the best part about this is it will never be a bad thing. And as Parkour grows, we will need to add a forum sooner or later.
