I'm not sure about adding 5 more VIP levels, as mentioned in another comment I think it would be too expensive. Yes, there are people with VIP 5 and who have a lot of VIP experience but it is definitely the minority.
I'd rather they edit the current VIP system and levels so VIP 5 has access to 10 party slots and the / fly command and maybe the color chat with "&" which I think only content creators and staff members can use, or add those features in a VIP 6 level but VIP 10 is too much.
Maybe they can add an interesting feature with the accumulated VIP experience once you are VIP 5, for example when you get to VIP 5 you unlock the “VIP Store” where you can buy with your VIP Experiencie more friend slots, armor sets for the lobby or special armor that allow you to jump high, run fast, special bows, gadgets, arrow trails, etc... Basically what you would get in java with cubelets.
It would not be something like "pay to win" since you would not have advantages in the game with another person and so people who have a lot of accumulated VIP experience can spend them and use them in fun things, because spending a lot of money for a VIP 10 that has 100 friends slots is just ridiculous in my opinion.
Also, in this way I think people would like to buy more things in the cubecraft marketplace/store to unlock this vip store and so they can enjoy inside the server and outside of it, it is a win win.
