Bedrock Add Setting to remove screen transition when joining games

A setting in the settings menu that would remove the "fade to blue" screen when joining a game would be awesome, In my opinion its a bit annoying due to how long the transition is and it feels like you're "blinking". Thank you!

No this feels cool, but putting it in the settings might be a nice idea
