Java Add Sodium Extra, Reese's Sodium Options, Sodium Shadowy Path Blocks and Nvidium to the allowed mods list

I am not sure what these Mods do, but if they were forbidden there surely is a reason for that.
If theyre new, they might be added to either the allowed or the not allowed list by time

I’ve looked what the mods are, I think it is optimizing effects/shaders/particles/fps so I think it should be allowed

all mods are allowed unless they give an unfair advantage and all these mods are optimization mods to make the game run at a framerate higher than 10 so these are allowed
