Why would there need to be more admins? The Sr. Moderators are promoted when they’re ready and thats their descition, not ours.
Yeah, I know.
But you have to work on the office if you want that red tag.
And, because there are management tags now, I like to see that there are more Administrators.
As a reward for Sr. Mods.
And, you also want that famous red tag, isn't it? (I also want it, COOL!)

Although your thread has already been answered by Staff, I want to give my opinion about this.

In my opinion we (regular players) can't know how many moderators (for example) Cubecraft needs to keep running in a good way, if there is a lack of administrators or when they need to hire more helpers, it's an internal duty.

However, I understand your idea about rewarding Sr.Mod's (e.g.) for their hard work with the community, I have been Staff Member in two different servers (one Spanish and one English) and you feel very fulfilled when they promote you for your time, work, dedication and effort.

I mean SrMod for example, could be another Staff rank, like Mod, Admin...

That's why I want the administrator rank back for 'normal' staff members

How we allocate and organise our staff ranks isn't really something that is open for debate. They exist purely so that staff can do their job, that is it. They aren't treated as 'rewards' and they shouldn't be viewed as such (and aren't by the staff). In most cases moving from one rank to another doesn't actually mean anything other than a display change, don't get hung up on what ranks people are because the only thing that is important is whether we have enough staff to get the job done.

Okay, but there are many Sr. Moderators who deserve a promotion, because they are doing good work.

I will keep that in mind that you are message farming and giving staffmembers false information.

What is your problem?
He asked for the lock.
I gave my opinion and also gave lock request so it would be answerd faster.

Stop plzz.
You can discuss on forums, but don't argue about a little mistake.

You had asked for a lock.
And as @Quetzi had said:
