Children under 13 are usually not even in high school. And when I was on the lower school, was using phones in a pause not allowed, so that's for at home. If you are using a chromebook, just turn on a Mobile Hotspot on you're phone and connect with you're device where you want to use Discord with.

1. If you want to talk(chat+voice) with students inside the school, you can download an App for that, some ports are blocked when users want to reach servers outside the Wifi, but not inside.

2. if you want to talk(chat+voice) outside the Wifi, then only a ProxyServer can do that(VPN are too slow).

NOTE:
I still use (1) at school playing minecraft.
I still use (2) watching movies blocked by region.

Its not easy to find a good ProxyServer(IP).
Most of them support only HTTP.

Where I live, you start on high school when you are 13 years old and yes in primary school we don't use phones in a pause/break. And as Egg said you are creative enough to find a solution.

I think that CB should add a punishment(not perm) for USERS adding comments out of the thread context(mostly in SUGGESTIONS).
I NEVER reported a Player/User/Member.....

Eh, have you tried Messenger? It is possible to log into it online if you have a Facebook account, and it has all main features of Discord as far as I can tell. Pretty sure there was also a free version of "Microsoft Teams" which should do for your needs (not 100% sure for this one tho).
