Hi everyone,

I've made a suggestion about enabling /party chat before, but it became clear to me that /party chat is disabled because private messaging isn't allowed by Microsoft on featured servers, which is also why /msg is disabled.

I recently found out that another big featured Bedrock server has /party chat enabled, but you can only use it if the party has at least 3 players which makes the command allowed by Microsoft, because then it's not direct messaging between two players anymore (which apparently is accepted by Microsoft)

Even though I don't agree with Microsoft's rule, I think this would be a great solution to still be able to communicate with friends-only via a party chat, especially because a lot of games still don't have team chat.
I feel that Team Chat is also disabled in most games because of Microsoft not allowing private messaging (I don't know for sure), but if it is indeed allowed for private messaging between 3+ players, then I think Team Chat could also be enabled together with the party chat (This would exclude team chat for duo games of course).

This would be a great help and allow players freedom to communicate when they dont have access to voice chat, It is also great when you want your messages to not be seen by other people especially if you and your friends are trying to play on lets say skywars mega

With the “new” systeem Agree will have the same functions as the poll. I think thats the reason why there isnt a poll

Poll still good tho. It adds because sometimes you cant see all agreement or disagreements

I think it is a great solution to make more friends on CubeCraft and I would definitely use it with my friends.

I agree, but as this rule is out of CubeCraft’s hands this would indeed be a great solution in my opinion.

Only votes via the reaction system count as valid votes though, reaching 25 votes in a poll would be worthless and would also kind of prevent people from reacting to the post itself, which is the usual way now.

I am so sorry for us taking a very long time to reply to this suggestion, but I hope my reply will make up for it. We have decided to mark your suggestion as planned. We will be looking into the implementation for both team and party chat across the Bedrock network. We will not be allowing private chats between two players, but we can enable party and team chat once there are 3! We will be looking into implementing your suggestion!

Party chat and Team chat should now be implemented and almost fully working! We are still seeing some minor issues that we will try to fix a.s.a.p!

We found out that Microsoft guideliness do allow Party and Team chat between two players, so we were very excited to add this to our Bedrock network!
