Escalated Alphabetize friends list please

Sorry if it seems like I'm only suggesting small changes, but this has been bothering me for quite a while now.

Friends are shown in no particular order at all. Not alphabetically, not by who is your newest friend, not by who came online the last, nope, nothing

This is especially annoying when you're looking for a specific friend and just can't find them (yes, this happens to me a lot)

I'd personally like to see these alphabetized, though it can also be arranged by latest online or newest friend :D

I like your suggestion. It can be quite a pain trying to find someone, even if you have 40-50 friends all the red names look the same and it’s quite tedious to look for someone.
Sorting out friends by antiquity would be a very interesting feature in my opinion.
Also, I don’t know if it’s possible but you could hover over someone’s name -online or not- and tell you how long ago you added them to your friend list. Again, I doubt they have this information but it’s worth a try.

I get where you're coming from. But much people actually want this to get added. And the people that don't want it, like you, what harm could it do to them? I mean, you said you find it unnecessary. But next to that you never mentioned a good reason to not add this. Much people can be made happy if this gets added, and if that's going to be the case, it still does no harm? It will only get a bit better. Like I said, you don't find it necessary for this to get added, but there's no real thing mentioned why this feature could cause problems. I hope I'm understandable, and besides, it will only make the server look a bit more nice and sorted out.

yeah its kind of annoying looking for someone specific on your friends list and your having a rough time finding them because there is no order but toggleable options sounds like a good idea! :D

Me: Searches for a friend
Chances of finding said friend: Pretty low considering the amount of friends I have.
So, me again: Doesn't find friend.
Reason: Unorganized list.

So what I do instead is /f add (friend name). If it tells me they're already on the list then cool.

This 5-7 minutes process can just be avoided if the list was less messy and random, and more organized.

So yeah. I agree with this.

Yes, I took the time to check if your words are really in alphabetic order.

Also, yes I counted all the friends in @Priley 's post and you indeed have 58 friends.

Definitely would love to see the friends list getting alphabetized.

Not only would this save us time when searching for specific usernames, it’d also give players some kind of feeling that they are located at a well organized environment. Just like all loot items, preference settings and game NPC’s are categorized properly, the friends list should be arranged too!
