Amd or Intel cpu?

hey guys please can someone explain me why some people saying that intel is better.
amd processor has 6 core for 100 euro and Intel core i5 4670k for 210 euro?? please explain me why they saying that intel is better.

Listen. you go with amd if you are on a budget, or need more cores for rendering. The Intel core i5 would run games better as it has multi threaded cores.

i5 isn't hyper threaded

I forgot, I use an intel core i7 that has hyper threading and had forgotten that was one of the differences between i5's and i7's.

Are you making a choice on which components to buy?
If so then it all depends on your budget and such, it also depends on your definition of "better", what are you looking for from a computer CPU?

I currently have a AMD FX-6300 Black Edition, and frankly its amazing, but the only reason that i got this over intel is that i had quite a small budget and it was much cheaper.

Not sure about that power supply, maybe get one with a higher efficency.

The power supply is very important, if that gets screwed, everything is screwed.
My old custom PC blew up completely from a dodgy power supply.
