Just saying but closing applications wouldn't help you guys finding staff which you can trust.
The minimum age limit is 13. To be honest from other servers I have seen ten year old mods who are probably more mature than me (I am 13) so I disagree with the age limit.
Oh so you want Cubecraft taking the same approach as Mineplex? I dont think it is needed for that many helpers on Cubecraft. I think Helpers and mods should be there to deal with reports as they cant spectate every game that goes on in Cubecraft to make sure there are no rule breakers.

Good idea but you can't trust evrybody so to find trusteble staff its hard.
To be honest I would disagree. I would just get about 100 "helpers" that are of a mature mindset (age?), and then pick out of those people who to move up in the ranks.
Its going to be interesting to see how long it takes a staff to comment. Especially because there are NO staff on right now.
Edit. I am probably never going to look back at this thread, since this is my first time on the CC forums, even though I have played CC for a while now. So I will likely not come back and look at this. Good luck with this idea, I really hope you implement it.

Well, sorry for the inconvenience. About increasing the staff members, it's not as easy as you think. We need truly trustable players that won't just go unbanning their friends. Players can easily just act really well until they get promoted and that's one of small issues on choosing staff. Another thing is that there are not many staff members that work while the night. It's probably like 2-3am at where they live. I live in Japan (GMT+9) so that's the only reason I am online as of right now.

Very true, but I have no control of the applications so I can't really say much about this.
I became a mod before this kind of age limit or application system was added so I actually agree that the age limit is not too needed. However, I also understand why the age limit was added. If there was no age limit, players would start spamming the helper applications with I WANT STAFF PLS and many of those sort of spam content
Why should I ban my FRIENDS!?!? Sorry but this was my *Facepalm* moment of the day xD
You'll have to ban your friends if they go against the rules. You also cannot just join the staff team to unban a previously banned player.
