BAD IDEA AT BLOCK WARS

I just hate that idea of changing player at block wars, i'm just about to win a match and then you just change me from winner team to loooser team, thats the worse idea ever. You must change that thing cuz it really nasty.

If the players leave the match just give the winner team the victory, its really disgusting, i lose all the match because of that. It really nasty.

There is a reason for that. If several people from the same team leave the game, it would go from 8 vs 8 to like 3 vs 8. That's more annoying, people would whine way more about unequal teams then they would about equal teams.

If it would be removed, it would make the game much more unfair. Let's say that your team-mates all crashed at the same time for some particular reason, or just left. It would be really unfair to the other team, as 8 players are pvp'ing one or two players. It's nearly impossible to win that way.
That's why keeping the auto 'balance' is a better idea than removing it, or adding it partially. At TheChunk, we hadn't really those issues with the auto-balance with the community, as the flag captures, kills and deaths were more important, which is not the case here on Cube. There is a leader-board for wins, and for kills, flag captures and such.
My advice is that you concentrate on the kills, flag captures and such rather on the 'win' sign, or winning.

It's the only way to keep the teams fair and people would be annoyed if there was a larger amount of players on the opposite side so generally the auto balance is for everyone's benefit

I agree. The concept itself isn't a bad idea by any means, but the execution of it wasn't well done.
I reckon it'd be better if the feature would only take effect in the first minute or so of the game.

The only tip that I can give you, is to check the tab once every while. If you notice that your team has a greater player count than the other, try not to die. I believe that the teams balance as soon as someone (from the bigger team) dies.

I've had several times that I died before it and while being in the respawning phase I still got moved...

Completely fair? Let me give you a nice example, I am on the red team I captured the flag 4 times and killed around 20 players. In the last 30 seconds a bunch of them leave causing the rebalancing plugin to activate and I die for the first time in the game at the exact time it's rebalancing and I get swapped to the other team even though I made the other team win and I still get the loss..

I'd rather see one player unhappy than a whole team of playrs unhappy.
I mean, I see your point. It is annoying, and it happened to me before. But I've also been up against a 3v6 which is even worse.
