Ban flying in Egg Wars

I am not sure about the other servers, but I have seen many people simply flying to our island to destroy our eggs. This ruins the fun, and even though I understand that it is impossible to stop all hacks, I know that flying is one of the easiest hacks to stop. I mean, even most decent servers that have under a hundred users have plugins that stop flying. I see the fact that this flying has not been dealt with yet to be an act of either incompetence or laziness of the owners of this server.

The developers are already working on a new anti cheat, but tbh, I don't think it will be out in a while :(

A new and better anti-cheat is on the developers their to-do list. However, making an anti-cheat doesn't take a few hours but might take up to a few weeks. There are a lot of other projects that are more of a priority, though. :)

And you're saying that some projects have more priority but tell me what's importanter than hackers who're ruinning the game?

Do they really need to "make" a new plugin? I mean, there are perfectly fine anti-cheat plugins that already exist that they can simply add to their servers. I see stopping cheaters from ruining half of their games as being a much higher priority than just about anything else. This issue is important, and the staff team is turning a blind eye to it.

Very right, Go on mineplex you cant fly at all or they get banned. btw People tell me when they fly hacak on cubecraft the most it does is make them time out, never ban them

What are you playing? Flight never works when i encounter it in eggwars or blockwars

With "there are other projects that are more of a priority" I meant, for example, Free Build's release date is on the 21th of september. The first thing that has to be done is Free-Build so Cubecraft can keep their face.

Currently the developers are making a new anti-cheat plugin and that might take a few months - a years time or maybe even more. Mineplex took around three years (I think) to make their anti-cheat and if Cubecraft wants the anti-cheat to be atleast comparable or even better than Mineplex's then it will take some time. Also, they do have many other projects which the Cubecraft developer team is working on such as freebuild and parkour so for now you will just have to record and report the hackers. Lock this thread please as this has been answered. @zDutchie @Diogu
