Anyway, I think it would be cool to add hardcore, but maybe another thing to add would be:

Normal: Lapiz or gold

Easy: lapiz or gold

Easy for those people who are not the best at it. Hard for people who want a challenge, abd normal for players who want to play it normally?

Maybe a time?

Sunset, night, and day. Voted by Iron ranks? Or lapiz?

Shouldn't be a voting option. Hard mode has a direct influence on how long the game lasts, you should only be forced to play it if you know you have enough time. Time voting options won't work as you need all mobs to spawn

You can't make this game easier
The customly tweaked world generation does exactly that giving players everythign they need within a reasonable distance from them
Easy would only really work if players were just given free spots
So no thank you
