As a BlockWars player, I have experienced getting team changed balance of course, but it's so unfair.

The Team Balance system in the game is so annoying! You shouldn't be transferred to the other team just because you died first. So here is my suggestion.

The system to should be based on the one that got the least amount of kills.

"What if I got the least amount of kills but captured the flag???"

If you captured the flag, you should NOT be transferred, no matter what. You helped your team, it's unfair if you get transferred.

I kind of like the team system. What if your the one with the least amount of kills without getting a flag. That's also annoying.
So? If you got the least amount of kills then get transferred if someone quits the game, that's your fault for not helping the team.

The idea behind the system is to transfer the person who has the least amount of PvP skills to the other team(seeing as though they died). Now of course this doesn't always happen because one can just be unlucky in the field or happens to die around this time but the system has no knowledge of that.

I think its the best method to solve u

Agreed, players who capture flags shouldn't be moved to the opposite team.

So? If the game is in build mode and the team is unbalanced, then it should be on random player pick. Lol
If somebody leaves, they are most likely to leave during the rest of the game, not the beggining 5 minutes. It should make the team's balanced before the game though.

I like this idea very much, way better than the system it is right now, +1

I also have some ideas, although I like this idea better than my own.

Idea 1:
Spawn queue, many games have this too. The idea is simple, if team red has 20 players, and blue 18, the player who dies in red has to wait for 2 other teammates to die before being able to respawn. That way, there will alwaus be an even amount of players and there can't be any team transferring. The problem is campers that do nothing, they then take the place of playes who try to capture, maybe even succeed and then die. That's why I like your idea more, because it is a disadvantage for players who do nothing the entire game.

Idea 2:
Captures get transferred when you get transferred to the other team, simple.
Example: you have made 2 captures when you are in team red, so the score is 2-0.
Then, for some reason, you get transferred to blue, but the captures go with you, so then the score is 0-2
Simple, but the problem is that it's pretty unfair for the players in team red who helped you get the capture.
That's why I think your idea is better, because it's more fair for the other player of your (previous) team.
