Campers in Spleef....

In this thread, I want to discuss campers in spleef, and preventing them.

I really despise campers, to be honest. I'm sure there are a lot of others who do to. Some of you, like me, may consider them cheaters. Some of you may not. I think that they just ruin the fun for others. They think that they are winners, when in reality they are scared of not winning.

I want you people at Cubecraft to get rid of campers in spleef. One way I thought of is to make all of the corner blocks in the map disappear when it detects a player that is standing on it for more than 30 seconds or so. I don't if that is possible, but you guys could also just remove all of the corner blocks.

That is all I have to say about this subject. It is a suggestion and thought from a fellow player at Cubecraft. I really hope you guys consider it. :D

There would be a time for 10 sec standing in 2x2 plot, and then it dissapears if the players stands here for that long.

That seems kinda harsh. What if you go afk to get a drink while the game is getting ready to start or something? People are always gonna be jerks like that and will find a way around it. Just get over it and don't become a victim to camping. You can move, after all.

BEFORE the game starts, the timer is deactivated. And when the game starts, it's activated. Also i'm not even playing spleef. (Not even 1 time in dis server xD) It was just an idea.

What we used to have, at the old spawn, the outer rings disappear after a certain amount of time, narrowing the arena's area.

It is spleef what's stopping you running over and digging the block below them? I've not played it before so I don't know if this I seen possible :P

On maps like the balls one people can't really camp so maybe we need more maps like that...

Also the 2_floors map is more difficult to camp on than the ones with 1 floor...
