Can you ban me while I'm without PC?
An idiot has stolen my pc a few months ago and my Minecraft account has gone with it :(
I will resolve this problem soon but I want to be safe.

Hey there. I understand losing your PC must be a stressful time for you, but there may be another solution that wouldn't involve banning your account. If you go to https://account.mojang.com you can change the password to your Minecraft account, you can also change the security questions to make your account secure (just try to use a password that you haven't used before to make it even more secure :) ).

Adding on what Josh said, if you still have your account receipt, try contacting Mojang if you forgot your account login details.

That'd suggest something to do with your connection to your WiFi network. Perhaps try using a public network or using a computer at your local library to change the details?
