Can you team in solo money wars

This happened when I was in the middle of a money wars solo game on this server. The two people that are teaming are called Jhockey12 who is a gold rank
And O_livi_a who has no rank
And also half way through the game jhockey also got mhockey9 to team aswell who also has no rank

This was done at 17:44 on 11-07-2016

Warnings are needed, so unless you get more evidence of that person insulting you, they will not be punished.

I still find it weird that warnings are required for cyberbullying.
