Capes in CubeCraft

Hey guys,

I was just sitting in bed trying to go to sleep, and I just thought, I really want a cape in MineCraft, because I haven't been to Minecon and don't have Optifine cape. This was my new idea.


What happens if you could get a cape in the CubeCraft vanity? My idea is that it can be seen by other people in lobbies, but it is simply not there in game.
This is how I think to achieve this cape.
BTW there will only be one cape,

1. Iron rank
2. 10,000 vanity points
3. Find in Cubelet
4. Level 25+

Pretty sure selling Capes even as cosmetic is against EULA.
Second is. How are you going to do it?
It's not that simple to give every player a cape unless they went to Minecon or are using mods.
I would like to see capes. Definitely.
But I guess there are 2 major problems.
The difficulty, since no one ever made a cape plugin and probably the EULA.

Actually on Christmas CC gave every player a free temporary cape (only in CC lobbies) that had a Christmas tree on it.

I would love to have a cape but never was able to, unless this is okay with the EULA I am okay with it.
