Java Catch TNT Achievement

So I've been trying to complete all the Minerware achievements lately. But - the only one in which I constantly fail to complete is the ''Juggler'' one. Could anyone explain how to catch TNTs? And if you know how to catch them, what is your record?

You simply just have to rights click flying TNT. I once got about 8, but that was very lucky.

Basically, you need to learn how to do TNT fly and do that professionally!
