CC League, about a week ago, I was playing an egg wars match. And I thought it was too easy. I would consider myself a very good player. A sweat, as some may say. But the competition in the games was not hard enough. I was winning so many. And I wanted a greater challenge, a tournament. And then CC League came out, and I was super excited about it. I found a team and was happy. When we went to sign up for it, it was already full. I feel kind of weird about a tournament that only so many people can get in too. I feel like everyone should be able to play. Not only people who get up early and sign up. Maybe I am wrong, and people don't feel this way. This is my first thread also, so tell me if I did anything wrong. I'm just very passionate about Minecraft and the PVP that comes with it. Thank you for reading, and maybe some people will have some more problems in the comments, or whatever you call it.

TTDR: CC League is strange because only so many people can sign up for it.

P.S.: Was my post too long for people?

I wanted to join the tournament but it was full. I really wanted a prize and something exiting to do in CC.

And no, your post is not long. My first post is about the length of this reply.

I think this is a rather weird accusation.

First of all, I would like to mention that it was, in fact, mentioned plenty of times in the Discord that there would be a limit (64 Bedrock teams, 32 Java teams) and it would be first come first serve.

Not to mention that any other important information was skipped over by many, and I mean MANY members. Only 25% of members even read the #faq channel and a miniscule 5% read the #tournament-rules… It is very disappointing to see.

I’m not surprised at how intense this has been for the team, especially those organising the tournament. 64+32 teams is a crazy amount for such a small team to handle. They have to deal with 4-7 members per team, checking for mutes or bans, banned alts, etc and if that is the case they have to make room for another team, while also having handled (and still handling) the intense flood of tickets and questions. And that all in a matter of a day (now two)! I know that you are disappointed that your team has not been able to get a spot, but there is only so much that the organisers can do.

A lot of tournaments have a limited amount of teams. That is because the staff need to handle a large amount of people. Checking their every move seeing if they’re legit, planning and hosting the matches, and so on. And that’s setting aside other issues that may arise such as the tournament taking way too long if there were more contestants involved.

While I understand your frustration, it is requested that you please be understanding towards the team. It’s been a rough week for them.

This isn’t the last tournament, so you might have better luck next time.
