Char. limit for profile increase

Hey yall', don't expect any fancy details but I was just talking to someone on my profile and going to send when an error popped up claiming I am above the character limit (400). I didn't want to promote spam so I had the idea of this, allow the visiting user to still have a 400 char limit but give the profile page's owner a char limit of 750. This would allow for better communication, whilst not helping/promoting spam and attention-seekers flooding a profile page. simply put, the owner of the profile page chat section shouldn't need to cut down on words.

Let me know what you thought about this suggestion and why in the comments. Also be sure to vote in the poll so developers know the straight figures of the public opinion on this matter.

This isn't a bad idea, but unnecessary in my opinion. You can start a conversation with the person you want to talk instead. :)

good point, but if you want to announce something on your profile like a story for your 'status', 400 characters is pretty damn short for a story, I do fully understand where you are coming from tho.

Why yes, I like this idea. I have had a lot of moments when I went over the limit, and I really did want to help someone. But error to much info Errr.

What I learnt from school is to summarize my words, keeping them short and simple.
If players wanted more detailed, they could comment and you could continue with replying.
That way, you'll know if someone is reading and is interested in your content(s).

You could also excite them into wanting more like what people do in their stories.
Then againnn, it doesn't hurt to have more characters to work with so I'm okay either way with it.
