I'm not a big fan of cheese, but Parmigiano reggiano is amazing, I just love it! I do normally like my cheese on pasta, since how can one eat pasta without it, but it also fits very nicely on cream soups or risotto. I do also like cheese in normal sandwiches or in cheese and ham toasties.

I really did say cheese too many times didn't I...

I think for me, when it comes to cheese, it has to be Cheshire, Wensleydale, Lancashire, Red Leicster, or Cheddar. Though, I do like my Mozzarella and Parmesan

i like all kinds of cheese, depending on my mood. in the morning, goat cheese or sheep cheese tastes good, if im bored i eat a single slice of emmentaler or cheddar and if im tired, i like molten cheese. i dont like cheese in combination with salami tho
