Pillars of fortune is already annoying with you sometimes getting completely screwed over (but that's to be expected to an extent) but the constant teamers is absurd, is this allowed or something?

Yes, teaming in Pillars of Fortune is allowed.
Due to the very random and chaotic nature of the game, and the fact that there can be multiple winners in a PoF round (heck, even an entire lobby could win at the same time) there's no reason why we should disallow teaming there.
