Creative???

Hello, I was recently on creative and I noticed many things that were taken away from the old and loved creative. First, the world edit perks if you donate. Plus, I am an Obsidian rank and I had a lot of world edit commands. It when the lower rank the less commands and the higher rank the more commands for world edit. Second, what happened to free plots? I am Obsidian and I had like 100 plots, now it cost 1000 points or more! Some players come on cube-craft just for the creative and don't want to play games to get points. I think there should be the free ranks for each rank like 100 plots for obsidian. Third, when on your plot (island), I cannot see who is on the creative server and in addition to that, I think the many creative servers is annoying and confusing. Maybe like 3 servers could work? I would lose my friend when we played, we would never join the same creative server. Fourth, same players and I dislike the borders around the plots (islands). Maybe there could be a feature when in which any player can not have borders. Or just not have them. Plus, donors deserve that because we help support the server by donating money cube-craft!

Because of the new Eula many things have changed so most of these ideas are against the Eula and will sadly not be added :( ....
Also before you make any Suggestion please do some research to see if this wasn't suggested before.. (Would be kindly appreciated...)

We cannot give WE just to ranked players, as that is against the EULA. As I've said in other threads we are planning on a way of adding it in a future update that is EULA compliant. Players with ranks already get more plots than players without ranks and you can use the 'plain' theme to get a borderless plot if you wish. And tab already does show you who is on your plot....

Also against the EULA ... if the server breaks the EULA you probebly never see this server again because they blocked and like the said a sort of WE is coming so be patient

I am sorry to tell you but as far as I know giving donators more plots is against the eula. You can correct me if I am wrong but let me quote an official minecraft post:

If all players get access to a feature such as a plot of land, can I sell access to multiple plots for hard currency?
No - that would be a gameplay affecting change, so it’s not allowed. All player who access your server must have the same gameplay features offered to them. The same rule applies to items, such as potions.
