But there are not only that young hackers :)
True but this can stop a lot of them

It's unfair if multiple people are using the same computer. You might even be banning an entire school's computer lab.
Schools ban websites and stuff and do not allow modifications let alone downloads

Some teachers let kids play computer games once they've done everything, okay? I've even seen people at my school play on Cubecraft on the school computers once school is over.
Yes but minecraft is already downloaded they do stop downloading stuff etc.

Most VPNs actually cost money, I doubt people are willing to use them. They heavily rely on Mcleaks.
And according to Minecraftforums, Mojang won't shut it down, even though it's against the EULA (duh).

Apparently, Mcleaks isn't costing Mojang that much, and if Mojang was to shut it down, it will somehow give Mojang a "bad reputation" or something and that it will cost Mojang more money to do the DMCA takedown than they will profit from it and... *sigh*

In a country
they will not add it , because as the staff said , an ip ban will effect some other in the same network connection , for my example my brother and etc , so no ip bans !
is it @YounB ?

Let me point out, that it is extremely easy to avoid IP bans(As others have mentioned). Now, lets think of people like xTurtle. He has hundreds of ALT accounts, and his aim is to hack and destroy.

Edit:
Lets stop talking about "Hacking in schools" etc. It is irrelevant

Unfortunately it does not work like that, I have been big in this part and hackers can not fake your ip address.
That is unfortunately not the case. There is always a method to do that. Whether it is hacking through your IP, or just faking it in general. My knowledge of computer hacking is limited, but the possibilities I know of are definitely possible. I have heard of it being done, and even gone through and looked into it myself. All you have to do is go through another IP. That is difficult and you have to have vast computer knowledge to pull it off, but it is possible. This may not have happened on Minecraft yet(it is possible that it has happened just isn't in the public yet), but if VPN bans become possible then it will likely become public.

Okay totally original poster, let's have a gander at these wonderful first results shall we?

ExpressVPN:
Costs money.
https://www.expressvpn.com/order

TunnelBear:
Short data caps, the rest costs money.
https://www.tunnelbear.com/pricing

Cyberghost:
Inaccessible in most countries without premium.
http://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en_gb#/buy

Spotflux:
Costs money.
https://spotflux.com/

PrivateTunnel:
Incredibly short data cap without premium:
https://www.privatetunnel.com/home/pricing/

Hide.me:
Holds back almost all of its features, is still somewhat usable without premium:
https://hide.me/en/pricing

Hotspot Shield and Surfeasy appear to be the only ones that are 'free' so to speak so my point still stands, MOST vpns cost money.

Yes I have vast knowledge in computers, it takes too much resources to do it and doing it on minecraft just to get someone banned would not happen. It can be done outside minecraft but there is just not a good enough reason to do it on Minecraft.
