Hello CubeCraft Staff,

There is something I want to say.
The new Anti-Cheat system Sentinel has a few bugs. The people who are hacking are still playing and the people who plays fair are getting banned. Some friends of mine are Temporarily banned for 30 days or Perm banned. they also did a unban appeal and it got rejected without any explanation. I don't get why this happens. CubeCraft is a big NetWork. But the support fails lately. I hope that the Support Staff will give a explanation for refusing an Appeal in the future

Sentinel had banned your friend so the response was left in @CrazymanJR's hands generally the message for denial is that you were hacking

No, but you cant trust the logs it creates. It will make some mistakes, but the amount of mistakes are minimal compared to the amount of hackers getting banned.

See there are ways that Sentinel can figure out if someone Is hacking for example spam clicking is something that triggers Sentinel to catch onto you as it resembles kill aura and multi aura
So yeah quick tip don't spam click

Obviously it isn't perfect it isn't supposed to be (yet) but again devs are working on fixing these imperfections and they seem to be doing a good job

If sentinel bans a player, you must explain in extreme detail to what happened in the appeal for the staff to be able to, what game you were playing, what were you doing in that game, what the reason you were banned for, why you think it's a false ban. You must explain or else the staff won't know if you are actually hacking or it is a glitch. You also can't expect them to unban you if you just write "Unban plz, I no hack" or something along those lines.
