Ah yes, change your name and make a nick name on everyone other server you play on. Make's total sense why didn't I think of that?

it would give them less things to do, they don't have to ban people for inappropriate names as much any with this, so it would do the complete opposite

Well like you have a game team Discord (me) and you want to be called
[teamname] RoboticToast
But on Cubecraft you want to be called
[Obsidian] RoboticToast
That would be annoying if you ask me

Everything we suggest give the devs more to do, and they still have quite a bit to do. Should we stop suggesting things?

Exactly this. If youve got an inappropriate username or if you want another you can ask a staff member to change it.

There will also be a lot of people who will try to act like they are youtubers. I get where you're pointing to but their will come a lot more problems with your idea.

I understand this, what I was saying that there is basically no point because you can already change your name in discord, I think it's useless just to have nicknames on the discord to be honest.

Plus moderators / admins can change peoples names if they need to in discord.

yeah because it's soooo hard to click on their name once to see their username, very confusing indeed omg i totally can not tell them apart by looking at their avatar

People can already change their name, just not only on this discord. So it is already possible to change the name to confuse people, but it is not possible to change my general discord name while keeping my minecraft username on the cubecraft discord. So if anything it makes it more confuring.

People can change their profile picture too. ;)
