Efficient report system?

I have reported quite a few people and I have many reports that no one has done anything about and I am starting to think it's not that this server may not have an efficient report system (or at least report viewing system). I feel like my suggestion is kinda overstepping my boundaries as a non-admin but I feel like Helpers and people of the able-to-punish status should have to check a certain amount of reports everyday, instead of "We get a lot of reports, and we check as many as we can".

I honestly feel like my reports get ignored so this is what I came up with.

Some staff can't check reports as frequently as others unfortunately. I know that they are trying to fix the situation at the minute.

Helpers are Helpers for a reason. It's a test for them. So, that wouldn't work because, what if a Helper really messes up or Tacos and Mac both don't like the player? They could screw up the server... So, -1. Just be patient, mods will check it one time or another..

I think that staff should have to read a certain amount of reports a week or month. I have submitted over 30 hacker reports and I tag all the online staff in every report but I can only get replies from a few mods.

If they had to look at a certain amount of reports then I wouldn't need to worry about having to wait for different mods to get online to tag them in my report.

You can try tagging mods+ in your reports. If that doesn't work then after a week or so you can message staff about it.

Mods have a life too, and not always are free. My reports are ignored too (xD) but tagging them work

I mean, there has been quite a decline of hackers so far.... Just tag them and it will be resolved faster.

Obviously the mods have a life as well as us but every time we play on the server and report hackers lose part of our time in recording and downloading the video, but we do it to improve the server that is free from hackers.

I don't get what you mean by," but no worked."
Second, it also takes staff time to DO the reports same with you CREATING the reports.

You can record it then save that until the end of the game to start the report.

i tagged the mods in my others reports and no one have seen it, and we also take time to download the video to youtube and report, although some of the videos on the reports do not last more than 30 seconds, then I think it is more delay in downloading the video to ban a hacker

Ya know, you could be downloading the vid while playing....

Unfortunately there's just too many reports for the staff to keep on top of. The staff team isn't too big and they're getting tons of reports everyday, I report up to 10 each day I play, so can you imagine if say even just a fraction of the players report the same amount, you're looking at hundreds or even thousands of reports everyday.

Until such times as the anti cheat is complete, there's no better way for it to be done.

Just keep reporting and maybe one day we can have a hacker free day :D

I personally know that some veteran members having 100+ reports that still haven't been checked, yet they don't complain about it.

I have over 250 reports, but after a week I send them off to the mods for checking.
