Honestly eggs are actually pretty good when it comes to having them everyday. Alot of other food you would get tired of their taste but with eggs there are so many ways to change their flavour that you probably wouldn't get tired off their taste
Exactly! That's why I like them so much! I have like a bed of salt under on the plate I use. Then have the eggs above. I use active coal salt that's one of the best for an under bed/layer in my opinion. Sometimes I use sea salt above not too much, it tastes a lot of the salt I use. I sometimes have two different layers under and above the egg/eggs. Or just one. Some times none.
