Eggwars suggestion!

Hey cubecrafters! (str8 to the point xd) I play eggwars very much, When you try to break someones egg you kill 'em, right? Yes. But when you kill them, they respawn and have spawn protection for like 5 sec. You probably go to their egg and try to mine the obsidian (if there is obsidian), But they try to hit you off, and then you get killed by them while u have full iron, and they nothing. But you couldn't hit them cause of the spawn protection. It is a good way to avoid spawnkillers, but i hate it when i get killed by someone with nothing. So maybe you guys make it so they cant hit you while they have spawn protection. I'd really love it! Please react what you think, Should this get in Eggwars? or is it bad?

I agree, but it would be better if they hit someone they lost their spawn protection ;)

Even when I don't play a lot of EggWars this looks nice!
I think it really irritates when they kill you when you have full iron or something!

That's also my strategy. :P

Another strategy is: If you are on the enemy's island, you need to go straight for the egg instead of the player. If you break the egg first, you haven't got the problem of the spawn protection. ;)

Others (including me) have requested this before. I the spawn protection will be changed. It's really annoying when you have like 10x better gear and they knock you off without you being able to do anything due spawn protection, especially on maps with really small islands.

Yes, also a possibility, because even without hitting you the player could still stand in front of you to prevent you from breaking the obsidian block.

Three words. Kit. Egg. Cracker. (and no i'm not going to waste 50 gold for obsidian)

What if the player sees you first? (on some maps it's almost impossible to be sneaky, eg. Rome)

Still rush to the egg and do some MLG block placing to dodge them. ;)

Here's what I do most of the time: there is a skybridge at island ground level connecting me and the island. I break ~6 blocks of the skybridge, then build upwards and closer to the island. Stupidly enough 9/10 times the other player also starts building upwards trying to get a higher position than me (for some obscure reason). Then I just go into derp mode and jump off my pillar and break the player's egg while the player is still somewhere on that pillar having no clue what the **** just happened;):cool:

There's a simple reason for this: He will became higher than you to jump onto your face and he hopes, he killed you and that he will still survive. ;)

That's the most fatal mistake you could ever make;)

I dont get hit off too often, but I do come close sometimes. It can be very frustrating, feeling as if you deserved the kill and elimination, but you got bopped off and have to reget all your gear, or, atleast a significant portion of it back. Which then just adds the the list of things that delay a game.
