Eggwars Tournament

Dear players and staff members, we want to give you an idea that we had and it is about making competitive Eggwars. We want to make a tournament with teams. You could buy each team for a determinated price ($) in the server store (like you actually can buy ranks, multiplayer points, miniatures...) . The team's creator can invite or kick other players.

Each team with an own name and a limit number of memebers. With this team "system" it could be possible make an Eggwars tournament, and that will attrac people and make the server to grow. It is a funny idea!

The staff can choose the award for each tournament, for example, ranks, vanitiy points, cubelets…

We've thinked that it could be so cool that exist a summer tournament, winter tournament, halloween tournament, valentine´s...

What do you think of this staff? and players? You can say more ideas for this.

We hope you liked our idea.


The reason because we had this idea is because there are not many servers that do that and it will be a good step to start in a great server like Cubecraft, a really big and important server in Minecraft.

Queridos jugadores y miembros del staff, queremos daros una idea que tuvimos y es acerca de hacer un competitivo en Eggwars. Queremos hacer torneos por equipos. Se podría comprar un equipo por un determinado precio ($) en la tienda del servidor, al igual que se pueden comprar actualmente rangos, puntos multijugador y miniaturas. El creador del equipo puede añadir o echar a gente.

Cada equipo con un nombre propio y un límite de miembros en cada equipo. Con este "sistema de equipos" sería posible hacer un torneo en Eggawars, y eso atraerá a la gente y hacer que el servidor crezca. ¡Es una idea divertida!.

El staff puede escoger el premio para cada torneo, por ejemplo, rangos, vanity points, cubelets...

Hemos pensado que sería genial que exista un torneo de verano, invierno, de halloween, san valentín...

¿Qué pensais de nuestra idea staff? ¿y jugadores? Podeis añadir también vuestras ideas.

La razón por la que tuvimos esta idea es porque no hay muchos servidores que hagan eso y sería un gran paso empezar en un genial servidor como lo es Cubecraft, un muy grande y importante servidor en Minecraft.

This is only and idea that Wiah and me had. It would be fantastic to have continental/country tournaments, beacuse of the same timezones. Thank you for your opinion, you are right ^^.

Esto es solo una idea que se nos ocurrió a Wiah y a mí pero si esta idea se lleva a cabo lo suyo seria que hubiese torneos por países o continentes ya que más o menos están en la misma franja horaria. Le agradecemos su opinión.

It is simple, I think. The reward would be something that it is in the shop of the server. So the money the staff obteins, is the money that the reward of the torunament costs.
That's a possible usage and I think the most efficient. Other scape of the money would be the maintenance of the server like the improvement of itself.

Of course we suppose that the price for be a team creator will be low, as low as possible (imagine that it is a two people team, so you can pay it by two parts :D)

Es simple, creo. El premio sería algo que está en la tienda del server. Así que el dinero que el staff obtenga, es el dinero que costará el premio del torneo.
Es un posible uso y creo que el más eficiente. Otro escape para el dinero sería el mantenimiento en el server, al igual que la mejora de él mismo.

Por supuesto suponemos que el precio para ser un creador de equipo sería bajo, lo más bajo posible (imagina que el equipo es de dos personas, podrías pagarlo en dos partes :D)

I personally don't think it's right to let players pay real money for a tournament. Tournaments should be held for fun,.. not for money.

Like, 4 continental tournaments (Europe, north America, south America, and Asia/australia, time zones would match) In every continental tournament there would be a classification round, maybe in tea party, with 8 teams. The last 4 teams standing would go to the semifinals, in Aztec, and the 2 teams that survive the longest would go to the final, in Rome. If 8 teams is not enough, there could be 2 groups. Both groups play the games listed above, and the winner of the match in Rome would play the grand final again each other. Then, the winner of each continent play a game against each other (could be at a time that is good enough for every team) and the winner becomes the world champion of eggwars :p

Ehm so you want a tournament and who ever wins the Tournaments wins some money....
.-. I already have enough money so I wouldn't compete... And its not really possible because of Time Zones.....

Timezones arent such a big probleem actually. The maximum difference is about 10 hours. So, if its 11:00 in one continent, in the other maybe its 21:00. Pretty neat times if you ask me.
