Ow no please bring wood back for java , It's so helpfull for focussers and to build you in to break egg with obsidian and tnt + axe got finaly more functions in the new update, gold ore is soo random btw
pls bring it back in java please

hace que tnt sea más caro, ya que destruye la madera al instante y su 2 oro. Retire la manzana de Dios. Elimina el modo Overpowered ya que es un modo terrible. Elimina los generadores de diamantes en las islas de jugadores. Después de estos cambios, creo que eggwars sería divertido, a diferencia de que ahora jugar en modo operativo con estas otras cosas que enumeré no es divertido. El modo Op es solo peleas muy tontas y sin daño de caída. Si tu oponente tiene una mejor armadura, no hay forma de ganar la pelea aparte de derribarlos, puedes obtener un combo de 10 golpes y aún puede matarte fácilmente. También sería mejor si hiciera agradable el modo normal. Por ejemplo, abaratando los bloques. La generación de diamantes en la isla del jugador no es divertida, ya que puedes acampar en tu huevo porque no necesitas ir a la mitad por los diamantes. La manzana de dios está muy desequilibrada ya que tienes 30 segundos sin daño y ahí '

I don't understand why wood was removed please explain @Camezonda . Why would a person use gold ore as a defense? This is just a dumb change since nobody is gonna use gold ore since people will just put obsidian while wood was actually of use as a second layer or as a first layer. This was also good for blocking urself when u can now only use obsidian to do this. I don't think anyone is gonna use gold ore except for trying it out. Adding a new blicksort that you need other tool for was needed in eggwars this is just a stupid community tbh

In OP mode on all networks, it was decreased from 3 gold to 2.

We removed wood because it meant you needed to carry a 2nd tool, which was just annoying and confusing for people. Gold ore means that you need an Iron pickaxe or higher for easy removal. So it adds a middle tier protection for your egg, Iron pickaxes are more useful now. And they drop a gold token as a reward for breaking it and having the right tool, good that you cannot farm gold with them though.

I have played the new update extensively since it’s release and you asked for feedback so here you go! Disclaimer: I mainly play solo EggWars on Java Edition 1.9 so my feedback is mostly going to be from a solo tryharders perspective. I did play some team EggWars games too, but I don’t think I played enough to understand how the game plays in team EggWars.


Overall feedback:

- I think lowering the price of golden apples on Overpowered mode was a bad idea. They are too cheap now and in 1.9 PvP you can usually spam them all you want since it’s usually faster to get health from a golden apple than getting hit by a sword (This of course depends on the gear you and your opponent have, but usually it will mean that you can buy a ton of golden apples and keep on eating those, making fights last forever). The golden apples have been on 3 gold for a long time now and it has been well balanced, so no need to change that.

- I would like to be able to shift-click regular (non-tipped) arrows in the shop.

- I think blastballs should be able to break player-made blocks, this would make it more intuitive and make it easier for someone who knows vanilla to know how the item functions.

- I’m not sure about this one, but I think ladders should also be in the Building Blocks category in the shop. They are in the miscall category right now (which I’m fine with) but I feel like they also belong in the Building Blocks category. There is an open spot in the Building Blocks category too, since you moved the Tower Builder to the Emerald category.

- The Theft ability message has confused me a couple times.
Theft ability used! 20% of the tokens from the player's inventory you killed have been dropped.
When you knock someone in the void it still displays the message even though it’s impossible to get any loot from the void. Same for when the player didn’t have any tokens to drop, the message still shows. I think it should only show if the player dropped tokens and wasn’t knocked into the void. When I first saw the message, it was when I had knocked someone into the void and I thought the items were just magically transferred to my inventory.

- I’m not the biggest fan of the endermites, I don’t think mobs belong in Eggwars, they are random and they lower the skill level that way (by making people rely on randomness). It’s not a big deal for me though since they are rarely used because of their high price of 5 emeralds. The price might be changed in the future from what the post says though so in case the price is lowered this would be a bigger deal to me.

- It’s a long shot, but I think the Emerald generators should work the same way as other generators, without the proximity condition to spawn emeralds. I never liked Emerald generators for this reason, I think they’re a fun addition, with some fun items (I wouldn’t say all of the items belong in Eggwars though).
The proximity condition means that it’s impossible to farm other tokens whilst waiting for Emeralds to spawn, which makes you feel useless just sitting in one place, basically being AFK until you have the Emeralds you need, then moving on to the other tokens. You said you wanted to stop people from camping on middle, but the way the Emerald generators function now works against that.





Feedback for the maps:

Oasis: Good map, but the egg is very easy to get, maybe move it on top of the island or to the back of the island.



Undergrowth: The gold generators on the “mini mid” (the island between 3 islands) have their maps on a half slab which is confusing and looks odd to me.

Also, when going to middle from “mini mid” via the right treetop, there is an annoying hole that’s hard to spot and easy to fall in if you don’t know the map very well. (It’s hard for me to describe where the hole is so I will add a picture to show what I mean).

Can you add in the option to buy arrows TNT and other individual items, in bulk instead? Sitting there, scrolling down and pressing A repeatedly is very time consuming, so the option to buy in bulk would be a very nice addition.

- Yeah I knew that 1.8 and 1.9 had different prices for Golden Apples. I'll get Golden apples on 1.9 OP changed back to 3 gold tokens.
- You can already shift click all types of arrows now, this was added recently.
- We already plan to make them break player placed blocks, as it says that on the "to be added list".
- At this time, Ladders will remain in the misc section.
- I've added it to the change list to make the ability not activate if the killed player has 0 tokens/doesn't have enough to drop tokens or dies in the void.
- Eggmites are purely in the game to distract users on their island etc to assist you with killing them or their egg. We've made them semi-expensive to balance the usage of them. I don't think we might change the price for the future.
- We're changing how the Emerald generators work currently. Removing the automatic upgrade feature for them and making them have the original upgrade method, of a player needing to unlock/upgrade them. Emeralds are special, then and now, which is why they have a proximity, there are no plans to change this. Sorry!

Feedback on maps:
- I guess this is a different take on a map, adds different strategies to the game.
- I've made them slabs full blocks now so they aren't looking odd.
- I've patched the hole on Undergrowth and will be released on the next map update soon.

Btw what is milk bucket used for. There aren't any traps or potions
You can get splash potions in the Emerald shop, negative potions so if you get splashed with them, you'd need milk to remove them :D

You make a good point with the multiple option for TNT, I'll get a x5 option for TNT added on Bedrock. Also, you can already buy multiple arrows on Bedrock, with a 5, 20 and 60 option. And 1 and 16 for potion arrows.

Is it possible to put the buttons to the left or right instead of above or below or is that not possible?

Also Golden apples should be 10 for 5 not 15 for 5 (idk if thats been fixed already)

Is it possible change the UI to Chest UI on bedrock just like on java?.... my bad, already answered but... in bedwars lifeboat you can change to chest UI and works perfectly hmm

It isnt easy but is possible, and cubecraft is larger that lifeboat, how lifeboat can have chest UI and cubecraft no?

Is it an idea to make gapples 5 gold in op and like 10 gold in normal, because gapples are actually too op :)
