I just unlocked the flower emote out of a cubelet but if I want to use it, I get the message: You need to be PLUS to change your emote. But why do we can unlock emote's if we can't use it?

I do not know that, but I never had it. It can be a mistake by CubeCraft developers. It may also be that they already do that, if you have a plus order, then you may already benefit from it. That's up to you.
