I've recently had an idea that we could add ender chests into E/W. these would cost 64 diamonds.

why should i pay 64 diamond to get ender chest while I can pay 5 gold and get normal chest. and what if an enemy came to my island and broke the ender chest using a diamond pickaxe ? that means I lost 64 diamond lol .

And, you would have to spend at least 128 diamonds to get two ender chest to fully utilize it.

You can break eggs through chests, but it is still annoying, yes.

My vote is a no, because of the price.

Hint: Don't suggest something if you didn't think it through.
Also what's the bloody point of having one? Let alone the cost.
The only function I can see from it is to prevent mid camping (que @Qin Shihuangdi ), but that wouldn't make any sense in this suggestion considering it's 64 diamonds each.

There is a point of having one, but the price is bad.
Firstly, you can use it to send stuff from middle to your island.
Secondly, it is a better variant of the normal chest, because opponents can't steal from it.

Cough ok for this obsidian chest I suggest 50 gold for 2
