By posting his resource pack, whilst made by himself, he's advertising it as this is a public forum, any kind of downloadable software, extras, etc... Can be considered advertising.
I think it looks pretty cool though.

I think he meant that in one of the screenshots the ip was there, maybe?
No, I know. I have been here for a while. Just it's not really advertising, I'm not going to argue though.
Edited title (removed skywars due to not a single pic was on skywars and it was obviously not for skywars), and deleted all pics due to you taking them on a different server.
I didn't make a joke and actually after you disputing the name, it's just blatant advertising to force your pack onto people who play skywars, and the 'advertisement' will be removed.
