Well if you are really serious with this then let me explain why your sugestion is impossible to estabilish on CubeCraft.
The reason why this is unreal is deeply complicated and only professional economists would think of this: money(as mentioned several times under your thread after all). Ranks (alongside with some individual items like skins on CC's marketplace on bedrock edition)are with no doubts the main income of CubeCraft. If what you suggest works for Hypixel, doesn't mean it will work for CubeCraft - these are two different ways of approach to rank's functionality(in one case, ranks give player only cosmetic content and content that doesn't have straight impact on a competetive match and players within it, in another ranks give player actual power - in CC's case it's, among other things, ability to vote for particular gamemode etc.), and once you stick to one of these approaches, someone or something will be negatively affected if you decide to step back from one to another (whether it's players or your server's income).
And server's income is the real problem CubeCraft will have to deal with, which may have some serious consequences.
Also, If I was you I wouldn't - in thread suggesting something that will have presumably negative impact on server's income - mention Mineplex that *cough* *cough* ended it's service due to not paying bills to its server provider *cough* *cough*.
